In the UK there are currently 5.7 million* unpaid carers and many of these need help managing multiple repeat prescriptions. With Pharmacy2U you can now manage NHS prescriptions for yourself and others that you care for using our new Carer’s Account feature.

Whether it’s your little one, a parent, your partner, or a next-door neighbour, Pharmacy2U is here to help you help them by taking care of their NHS prescriptions.

With everything in one place, you can easily and quickly request the medicines they need, keep personal details up to date, and even manage delivery preferences and reminders – all from your Pharmacy2U personalised dashboard.

Free pharmacy contraception service

In partnership with the NHS, our pharmacists can now issue your oral contraception, and we’ll deliver it to your door for free. You just need to book a telephone appointment at a time that suits you.

NHS Pharmacy First service

Our new NHS service means you can get clinical advice and a suitable treatment for selected common health conditions, without needing to see your GP. Instead, you can speak to our pharmacist, who can talk to you about your symptoms before recommending and issuing the best treatment.

NHS New Medicine Service

Just started a new medicine prescribed by your GP? As part of this free NHS service, our pharmacists offer phone appointments to help put your mind at rest.

They’ll answer your questions and check in after a couple of weeks to see how you’re getting on with the new medicine. We’ll invite you to book a telephone appointment at a time that suits you when we send your new medicine.

Do I have to pay for these services?

All our NHS services are free of charge so you don’t have to pay anything for them. Our current NHS services include:

Private services offered in partnership with our trusted healthcare providers will each have their own individual costs depending on the service you use. The private healthcare service we currently offer is Medical Letter Assessments in partnership with ZoomDoc Health.
