Their door to door services offer a “lifeline” to their members, allowing them to get to local towns and villages to carry out shopping and errands and attend appointments and events. They offer Dial a Ride and Access Cars.
Our Services
Dial-a-Ride
Door to Door fully accessible minibuses which pick people up from their home and take them into North Walsham or other market towns for shopping, supermarkets or to meet friends. We charge a small fare of about £4.00 (depending on the destination).
Wheelchair Accessible Transport
We have two wheelchair accessible cars. These can be booked by anyone with no transport of their own to get to medical appointments or to get to groups, societies and social events. The fare is highly subsidised, costing 54p per mile, and is calculated from our base in North Walsham.
Excursions
Our trips take groups of people to places of interest, to help them visit new or favourite destinations and make friends along the way. The fare is normally about £7.00. Passenger feedback is used to determine where we go, and everyone enjoys the journey, which is usually more important than the destination!
Minibus Hire & Group Transport
We provide affordable and accessible minibus hire to local charities and community groups across North Norfolk. This enables a wider range of people to make use of our well-maintained minibuses and professionally trained drivers.
