Future Projects
The IEP (Inclusive Economy Project) is here to help those furthest away from the job market. It could be that someone hasn’t worked before, not for a long time or they may have additional needs. We hope to help rebuild self confidence and empower people through one to one support and group sessions. We will tailor our approach to suit the individual, all we ask is that the person is interested in working – but this can be a long term goal. We hope to build confidence and give a realistic view of the world of employment. We will also offer wellbeing support, employment support and access to training and education. We work closely with other organisations in the area to maximise the support we can offer and will refer as needed.
