ERS Medical
ERS Medical provide free, non emergency transport to eligible patients. You can call to arrange transport and you will need your NHS number to hand as well as your GP surgery details and hospital appointment details. You will be asked questions to assess your suitability for this service. Transport can be arranged up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
